Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Westbrook Glen Health Group is a healthcare provider in Denver with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
