Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Quarry Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Atlanta, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
