Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Oak Health Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
