Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Dallas with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 548 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
