Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Amberfield Meridian Legal Group is a law firm in Portland serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
