Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Ashton Health is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
