Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Clearpath Studio connects candidates and employers across the Dallas region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
