Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Beacon Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
