Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Greenridge Ember Property Management is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
