Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
