Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fern Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
