Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Lumen Forge Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Knoxville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
