Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Lumen Pike Insurance Group is an insurance company in Boston with claims and service teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
