Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Harbor Freight Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
