Recruiter - campus hiring (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Sparrow Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
