Recruiter - campus hiring (Providence, RI)

Cedar Fern Care Services supports families and individuals in Providence with personal care and coordination, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Providence. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
