Recruiter - campus hiring (Portland, OR)

Bright Keystone Facilities Group is a facilities company in Portland with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
