Recruiter - campus hiring (Portland, OR)

Cedar Field Markets Group is a Portland retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
