Recruiter - campus hiring (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Bright Fox Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Portland. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
