Recruiter - campus hiring (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
