Recruiter - campus hiring (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Timber Housing manages affordable housing communities across Portland, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
