Recruiter - campus hiring (Portland, OR)

Ironwood West Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Portland, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
