Recruiter - campus hiring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Hollow Health is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
