Recruiter - campus hiring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
