Recruiter - campus hiring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Thistle Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Pittsburgh caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
