Recruiter - campus hiring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Amberfield North Community Partners is a nonprofit in Pittsburgh supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
