Recruiter - campus hiring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Amberfield Loom Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Pittsburgh, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
