Recruiter - campus hiring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Greenridge Fern Legal Group is a law firm in Pittsburgh serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
