Recruiter - campus hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Mill Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Phoenix, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
