Recruiter - campus hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Lakeside Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Phoenix focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
