Recruiter - campus hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Phoenix. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
