Recruiter - campus hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright River Financial is a financial-services company in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 861 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to payment disputes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
