Recruiter - campus hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Philadelphia with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
