Recruiter - campus hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Granite Community Partners Group is a Philadelphia charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
