Recruiter - campus hiring (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Ivory Legal Group provides legal services in Orlando across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
