Recruiter - campus hiring (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Fox Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Orlando area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
