Recruiter - campus hiring (Omaha, NE)

Bright Rowan Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Omaha. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
