Recruiter - campus hiring (Omaha, NE)

Cedar Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Omaha, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
