Recruiter - campus hiring (Omaha, NE)

Ironwood Drift Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Omaha with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
