Recruiter - campus hiring (Omaha, NE)

Nova Linden Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
