Recruiter - campus hiring (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Junction Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Omaha. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
