Recruiter - campus hiring (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Nest Insurance is an insurance company in Omaha with claims and service teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 335 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
