Recruiter - campus hiring (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Health Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
