Recruiter - campus hiring (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Omaha, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
