Recruiter - campus hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Health Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
