Recruiter - campus hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone North Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 678 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
