Recruiter - campus hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Forge Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
