Recruiter - campus hiring (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Beacon Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Oakland. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
