Recruiter - campus hiring (Oakland, CA)

Summit Drift Banking Services is a regional lender in Oakland with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
