Recruiter - campus hiring (Oakland, CA)

Westbrook Corner Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
